Please pray for my neighbors

I just learned that my neighbor across the street was killed in theater this week. The family was notified on Wednesday night at dinner by soldiers in Class A’s. I know this is a vision that passes through every wife’s mind and prays it will not ever happen to them. My heart is so sad for them as I see his truck parked in the driveway. Their house has had constant cars and people since that visit. As we sit across the street, we hate to get in the way, but want to offer support. He was a commander and she is the family readiness leader. Please remember this family in your prayers and ask for them to feel God’s peace.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
