I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. Ours was filled with fun and lots of food preparing. We love to go all out and make a bunch of fun things, for kids and grown-ups alike! The kids had fruit kabobs made with melon balls and lemonade, while the grown-ups enjoyed deviled eggs, stuffed mushrooms, and more!
On Holy Saturday, I took the three little girls to the church for and Easter egg hunt and craft activities. They had a great time all finding over 30 eggs each.
This year, with the inspiration from Charlotte and Jessica, I tried my hand at making my own chocolate bunnies and lambs. Here is one of the lambs made from a candy mold. It is actually the same mold I used to make lamb butters for the dinner table.
We made resurrection rolls ( crescent rolls with marshmallows inside.) The kids remembered this from years ago and got a kick out of the empty roll.
The kids all enjoyed dying the eggs, hunting the eggs, and eating the eggs.
I hope you all had a wonderful day. God Bless you this Easter season!
